my monti. capricornus is GROWING !!

well guys since the addition of my VHO bulbs (3-4 months) my monti cap is really taking off under them. i can actually see about 1/2" of new growth around the entire edge of it. if i recall this is not a normal growth rate is it ?? i always thought that they grew super-slow. but since i added the VHO's it has really taken off. any input on this would be great.

Most but not all caps grow fast especially the orange and red with good lighting

All my caps have outstanding growth rates. 1/2 inch in 3 months under VHO's is good. Under MH you can expect that in a month. Boby you will catch up with me in no time

Both my orange and green/purple rim monti caps have grown like weeds since adding my MH.

I've gotten good growth for my pink and green monti cap under VHO
This in about 5 months
