It was brown when I harvested it 20 ft down in Bora Bora. Attached to a pillar on our overwater bungalo. We went to the same resort they shot Couples Retreat.
(excuse the algae, its being dealt with by many emeralds)

monti I brought back from Turks.
The coral to the right of Monti as well...Not sure what it is but has blue and green in rim
Favia was solid brown...Really getting nice (sorry so blurry) Turks as well as last three

that pocillapora looks like it wants to be a rainbow! The monti may be a porites, hard to tell though. The coral to the right of the monti/porites looks like a honeycomb coral? Tropicorium sells one, the only I have ever seen in the trade. They probably have the name if you want it.
awesome pieces though,...can't wait to see how they turn out when they fully color up. Never know what you are gonna get from the wild. If you want to get a few frags around in case you lose your colony, I'm here for ya!
The monti has extending poly's...But was solid yellow when I got. You may be right though. If you want to trade I have a decent sized frag of the poccy cut. I planned to sell it, but I would rather trade with an experienced SPS grower. Let me know...
