    I am assuming that is what this guy is. it came on some zoo's. I cut the pieces off so as not to choke out the zoos. I am actually gonna see how quick they grow. they were just too dang pretty to chuck. I hve never seen this stuff before. if you have any input to what it is let a guy know.

    Whatever it is... it sure is cool looking. An ID on it would be nice to have... in the mean time you got a pretty to look at.

    I have been looking the past 3 days for an ID I still have a few other spots to look. I will let you know what I find out. until then, it sure is neat to look at!!!

    it looks like its a Truncate to me but not sure. i seen a few like that.

    is it a sea squirt maybe??? kind of looks like a smaller version of some of the ones i have seen or a truncate like peregrinus said

    i thought it was a colonial tunicate for a minute like clavelina robusta, but a tunicate has 2 siphon holes these as you can see only have the one. it is truly bizarre but I love it. its growing and spreading quick also. fragging sponges!!! too much fun!!!!
    Angel, speaking of cool finds, I will have to get a pic of the little urchins that come on some zoo's there were about 5 of them. the bittest about the size of a skittle and NEON green spines with black body, I see him cruising around I will get a pic of him too.
