Personally, I'd not mess with it. Anemone have a strange way of taking care of themselves. I've had them bounce back nicely after getting too comfy with power heads etc. If you notice any other additional signs of stress, or injury, I'd ask others with more experience in anemone.

well its still the same but I will take a pic after dark it should really look freaky.I didnt know that bubble corals were actually an anenome.To the best of my knowledge this is not an anenome if I am wrong could someone please clear this up?

well its day 4 and it still looks the same.but one thing I forgot to mention...The day I hooked up my sump was the day it did this sooo... Im figuring that might have something to do with it.
Reptor can you tell me more about "reproducing by fragmentation"?
Some large corals have parts that "drip off" or "sluff away" in order to reproduce... kind of like a natural way of fragging it's self.
