    it sort of looks like a cross between a zoa and an aptiasia... not sure what it is, interesting looking though. i'm sure someone else will chime in here and have the answear.

    palythoa, like a large zooanthid I have the same kind in my tank. you can actually spot feed them and they grow very very quick

    I second the paly... and if you feed them regularly they will spread like crazy... brine shrimp, mysis, just about any frozen type of food with larger sized pieces will make them quite happy.
