Hey there! Most of you know that I'm in the process of setting up a new 40 breeder. I was wondering who amongst us would be willing to send me a cup or two of Live Sand from their existing tank. I'm looking to get some new life in the tank when I get it set up (probably in a week or two) and the diversity of life that I could get from several members would be great I bet!

    Thanks!
    Eric

Count me in as a donor.

I am in too but just so you know, I have had harmless flatworms before. I haven't seen any lately but I have not really looked either. I never treated them but they just seemed to disappear.

I can spare a bit from both the 10g and the 20g... a little extra diversity for ya.

I hate to say this, but i'm probably going to have to ask for the same favor here in about 2-3 weeks.

    /begin hijack.

Just dropping a bug in everyone's ear....Perhaps we should think about setting up a 1 year live sand cookoff and swap in the spring....

    /end hijack.

That would be cool. I know of another site that did a huge sand swap, but I never followed up with it to see how it finished out.
