#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#I've got a 55 and I'm using a SCWD. Have you ever thought about one of those? They are fairly inexpensive and do a pretty good job. It wouldn't do anything in a 500 gal, but with a descent pump it should be acceptable on a 75. I use a mag 9.5 with the SCWD and 3 powerheads in the tank to make sure there are no dead spots. Just a thought or option I wanted to share.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#

if you clean them with vinegar as part of your maintenance routine, you should be ablt to get at least ayr out of a sqwd.Mine only lasted 7 months before it quit. The downside to the sqwd is they are very restrictive and expect at least a 25% loss in flow with them.
