Wanted to take a minute and thank everyone who has posted up some information for all of us to share. The information provided so far is great, so lets keep it coming. Those of you who haven't yet, take a minute and post up a polyp or two - it really doesn't take that long to share the info. I believe we left off on "J", not that it matters . . . looking forward to seeing more pictures and gleeming more info

Current lighting: t5 6 bulb TEK fixture on a 24" deep tank

Placement; best growth was achieved high, within 6" of the top.

Additional comments; While growth was highest in the top 6" of the tank, the high light caused the polyps to shrink and fad in color. I'll be moving them down lower in the tank to reaquire their color and size.

Now we need an "K", or since we already covered Kryptonite or Kryptonite Explosion, we can move onto "L". Also please remember that anyone is free to post whatever they would like whenever they want - the alphabet thing is just for fun.

Hurry up Rob, my Yellow Jackets are here and I need to know where to place them for best growth.

Id be curious to see comparisions of the frags you guys have shown in different placements. For example if the armor of gods are in the sand bed, what would it look like if you had a extra frag and were able to put it up high.

I have some pink and golds and under low light are not very nice, but under high light look amazing. I have a 6 bulb t5 fixture and my tank is 12" deep.

Mark, the AoG post actually shows polyps grown at two different depths; the left hand picture is on the sandbed, and the right hand picture is a polyp that sits about 6" below the surface. I also posted up the picture of what happens to Kryptonite under very high lighting.

Like you I also have the Pink and Golds, unfortunatly mine all have the lost the nice "pink" and have more the fairy dust appearance. I was told this was due to tank chemistry rather than lighting. Any thoughts/experience on that one?
