My Corris wrasse went from 1.5" to 4" in a matter of 6 months. They grow pretty fast.... I disagree with putting a fish that large in such a small tank... even temporarily. They are good pest eaters, but they also like to swim. Even when small.

I wouldn't stick a 1" hippo tang in a nano... even temporarily. Even if I had an algae outbreak so the tang would seem a "must have." But there are others that will so I will have to agree to disagree.
