Default What do you feed your polyps??

Just curious- what are you zoa lovers feeding you polyps, if anything?? Do you have a different method/food preferance for zoas vs. palys? What feeding method are you using?

Would like to hear what everyone is doing.

I broadcast feed- for my fish and coral, all in one!

I feed my tank Reef Stew. It contains-

    cyclopeeze
    squid
    fresh shrimp
    PE mysis shrimp
    mackerel
    gobies
    cuttle fish
    octopus
    rotifers
    prawn roe
    Nori
    krill
    fomula 2
    Omega One Marine Pellets
    Omega One Veggie Pellets
    Omega One Flakes
    Golden Pearls (mix of sizes)
    ESV Spray Dried Phytoplankton
    Reef Chili
    Reef Roids
    Zoplan Zoaplankton

basicaly everything everyone in the tank needs. Big peices for the fish and small peices all the way down to bite size for zoas/sps!!

My tank loves the stuff!!! I get excellent growth- and beleive alot of it is due to the tank feedings.

I WAS feeding my tank that way, until the aiptasia came along, i have a coral banded LAZY shrimp in the tank so i cannot put in any peppermints, joes juice just ****es them off and makes them reproduce, now i feel like i cannot broadcast feed anymore. Suckers arent starving still that's for sure.......wah!!!

I don't directly feed my z's or p's but do feed the tank a few times a week. I use Reef Nutritions RotiFeast, Oyster Eggs, and Arctic Pods. I feed Rod's coral blend as well as Fauna Marin LPS foods.
Mostly I rely on quality fish poop to do the job of feeding the sticks and polyps!
