    Default ATI Sunpower

Are there any ATI Sunpower users out there? I love the unit, but I find myself struggling to find the best height. I have a 24" deep 90 gallon. I have the unit 5 3/4" off ot the top of the tank. I am trying not to torch my LPS, softies, and one Pocillopora. Any one have the same issue who has tips?

Hey Chris Im guessing this is a new fixture? What were you running before? If it's a new fixture for you fiberglass screen from Lowe's is helpful to help acclimate the inhabitants of the tank to the new lighting. Add a couple layers and remove one at a time over a few weeks.
You can also change the duration of the photo period.
Other than that Im jealous, I love the ATI fixtures. Im running a Aquatinics TX5 fixture over 24 inch depth and I have my light about the same height from the water surface.

I have had the fixture from the beginning. My photo period for the dawn/dusk lights (2 ATI Blue +) is 12 hours, and the other four come on for 6 hours. The lights are probably fine where they are, I should just get PAR meter so I could figure out what kind of PAR I am putting out, that would stop my obsessing over the lights.
