I'm going to guess, by way of the diameter of the hose, and the chamber size for the return pump... Not much. Which, in my opinion is a good thing....Unless you are using your return as part of your total "flow" in your system.

A slower sump/refugium flow is a good thing. Lower flow = greater "contact time" for the water to pass through the refugium, skimmer chamber etc. This ensures that the sand bed and live rock flora and fauna, macro algaes, and the skimmer proper have time to "uptake" the free floating nutrients in the water.

If you had water "coursing" through your sump, refugium, skimmer etc. the majority of the waste products in the water would simply pass through these systems and return to the display.
