I've been dosing for over 11 years now. I have seen many reefers with Ca reactors and automated ATO's/kalk reactors have problems that overdose Kalk, Ak or Ca and poison their tanks, killing most of their livestock.
I like having control over my dosing and adjusting as needed.
Words of wisdom there ! I agree 100%. BRS sell about the least expensive doaseing pump that actually works well and can be ran of a controller like the Apex or RKE. I personally use spectra pure's meter liter. Pricey but very accurate and easy to adjust. BRS is about as cheap as it gets for two part doaseing unless you are a DIY kinda person.
