I've got my sump design finalized (I think/hope) and I think it will work as long as I can get the overflow working correctly. I've got a 20high sump and a 600gph overflow box. I'd like to get your all's opinion as to weither or not this design will function. Especially, the overflow drain design.

Explination of how its going to work: (below that is a diagram)

Water will come down the overflow box in a 1" pvc and split. The main part of it will remain to be 1" and drain down into chamber A. The other part of the split will reduce down to either 1/2 or 3/4" pvc (with a ball-valve inline) and drain into chamber B.

Chamber A will over(under)flow into the skimmer chamber ( Chamber C ). And then flow into the bubble trap baffles (part D).

Chamber B will over(under)flow into the refuge ( chamber F ).

Chambers 'D' and 'F' both will flow into the return chamber ('E'). Which will house a Quiet One 1200 that will pump back up directly into the display.

Here's the design of the sump:

Thanks! JD
