sump pump flow rate ???

thanks guys for all your very good info now don't get mad but I decided not to do the fuge yet. . . I was granted permission to get a real big tank in the fall! But I am sure all this good stuff will come in handy with the bigger tank. I am excited because I am gonna get 100 gallons or more and I kinda want at least a 20g fuge Think I am mostly hearing lower flow in the fuge to let the critters and skimmer do a good job.
