    unleashed,
Feel free to start sharing your info now. I really want to take the best care of this shoulder tang that I can. This is what I have been feeding so far.

In the morning I mix up this breakfast meal for the tank:

    1/4 cube frozen brine
    1/4 cube frozen mysis
14 drops of live refridgerated phytofeast
    1 drop Kent Zoecon
    4 drops Kent Zoe
    2 pumps frozen Cyclopeze
10-20 drops of Coralive Liquid Gold Pro Plus
A pinch of Dainichi Reef Veggie FX (baby size, sinking)
A couple drops of Garlic Juice

I also place a 3" x 3" piece of Green Marine Algea (Natural Dried Seasweeds) in a clip that suctions on the tank wall. The Barred Goby, and Tang seem to be the only ones that eat off the seaweed sheet.

Then in the afternoon sometime I try to do another pinch of Dainishi (not very much at all) and I will crush up one flake of Prime Reef and sprinkle it on the surface.

What do you think of this feeding schedule?
...I think my fish just farted.

what other fish do you have in your tank.i suggest ditch the brine all together it have little to no nutritional value to sw at all.its like popcorn to humans saticfying for the moment but isnt fortifying nutrition.your list below
    1/4 cube frozen brine(ditch it)
1/4 cube frozen mysis(very high in protien)
14 drops of live refridgerated phytofeast(coral food)
1 drop Kent Zoecon(ok but selcon is more advanced and contains more nutrients for fish and inverts alike great for presoaking foodsto boost nutrients)
    4 drops Kent Zoe
2 pumps frozen Cyclopeze(good for corals and small fish)
10-20 drops of Coralive Liquid Gold Pro Plus(also for corals)
A pinch of Dainichi Reef Veggie FX (baby size, sinking)( i persoannly use thera+A pelets for all my fish very high in nutrients and vit for all fish one of the best available(pellets)also combats paresites naturally) fed 2x per day
A couple drops of Garlic Juice(i prefer garlic extreme higher cancentrates of vit c than fresh clove or garlic juice).
harbivores have very high metabolizms making multipul feedings per day a must.their diet requires 75% plant and algae based foods 25% protiens(meaty)
if using nori(dried algae sheets) the red variety holds more nutrients than the green( i was told this personally by the head ichtyolegist of the Tolado Zoo aquarium)I use this as a treat or added to prepaired pm feeding all soaked in water with garlic and selcon b4 feeding..pm feeding for all my tangs and herbivores consist of emerald entrese frozen (algae cubes with mysis ) formula 2 by acean nutrition(algae cube).I have other foods i add for other species i keep all mixed into a cup mixed and poured into the tank at one time but these are the ingredience added for herbivores(tangs, foxfaces ect.) periodicly(2-3 times per week) i add veggie flakes by omega one to the midday feeding along with the pellets for extra veggie content.

ps nori (seaweed sheets )sold in grocery stores is dry roased which in this proccess removes most nutrients needed for these fish.sheets prepaired for fish is not cooked and not meant for human consumption
