no wonder there is an algae outbreak in there??? FYI Peletized food can produce phosphate in the water, due to the preservitaves added to it. It should be used sparingly. Fish don't have to be fed every single day, unless it's an Anthias. This is where so many people keeping fish in a reef have the most difficulty, finding a balance. In my opinion the fish should always be kept wanting more, it keeps them more acitve and in the case of herbivours they will keep the tank that much cleaner for you.
accully for the list of fish he keeps he does need to feed each day and sometimes multipul he has alot of grazing fish.but i did however reccommend better foods for his fish which may help remody some of the excesss waste.and tangs require multipul feeding from 3-5 times per day depending on size of the fish. you would freak if you seen my food list i feed 3 times daily and i have no algae or water quality issues
