what else do you have in the tank??? if you do not have anyother fish in there I would treat them. if not move them to a QT tank and treat them. ich spreads quickly. garlic will help but it looks like they have it pretty good. I would get them treated ASAP

    EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKK! IIIIIIIICCCCCCCCCCCCHHHHHHHHHH!

Garlic may or may not help! Since they are the only fish you have, Get em out. Get them in a 10 gallon tank using water from your main tank. Treat them with Coppersafe or other copper based medication! DO NOT USE COPPER IN YOUR REEF TANK! Inverts, Live Rock, Anemones and Corals will die from Copper. Get them quarantined now! I don't want to see them perish. Keep them in QT for 4 weeks to give the parasite time to die off in the main tank. It will die itself without any fish to host it. Do not medicate the main tank.

Any future fish you get Quarantine them for 4 weeks and treat with Copper as a precaution.

Garlic oil is just that, oil from a clove of garlic. By chopping a clove very fine and then squeezing the it with a spoon you can get some oil. Soak the fish food in the oil a few minutes before feeding. Garlic is thought to help boast the fishes immune system.

However at this point, I think it is too late for Garlic. As ReefNeck and Graphixx mentioned , you need place the fish in a QT tank and treat them with a Copperbased medicine.

the general life cycle of ich is approx 3 weeks, this is from the time they hatch, host, encyst and rehatch, you want to make sure and medicate at least 3 weeks. and time is very important, ich is very quick in killing a fish. you can also do a fresh water wipe down before you place them in a QT tank.

good luck, make sure and keep up posted how the little guys do

Thanks to everyone that jumped in to help. I've been on the phone with Erik as he walked through Wal-Mart and got a 10G QT tank, Medication and a heater. He is now back home setting it up with tank water and going to put the fish in and treat them. I advised him to keep them quarantined for 3-4 weeks to give the parasite time to die off in the main tank.
