Be prepared to spend TIME on sea horses. I feed mine 2 times a day 1 piece of mysis at a time until they are full and loose interest. (mine also hunt the pods and chase the 2 small peppermint shrimp around the tank) I do this to ensure that the tank stays clean and I can keep records of how much each one eats on a daily basis. I am Very compulsive with their tank maintenance and I test the water weekly. Because of the low flow required be prepared to have a few algae problems. I did but by redirecting the flow with spray bars I eliminated the few problematic "dead" spots and hair algae.
I'd edit the post, but it would cause confusion in a 'historical' content. Plus..it just further proves that I'm here to help..but am, by no means, a guru of any kind
