Ha ha! Bell's Two Hearted does pair well with a brand new Bubble King Skimmer. I would suggest pairing a good 2005 Bordeaux when you get the tank. Something with a strong body and earthy tones. Maybe hints of chocolate and black licoriceSweet packaging on that thing!!
Too dangerous for me to have a tap in the house - With all those IPAs, I'd never get anything done
