    I had frags of this scattered all over the tank, the best color retention and growth was mid level (12" down under 6 bulb t5 lighting). Those in the top 6" did not reproduce, got smaller, and turned a much lighter shade of green. Those on the bottom stayed large, retained good color, but also didn't reproduce. I'll try and get some photos of the various frags posted up.

    March 31, 2009 - Right after receiving them. Lighting unknown.

    May 26, 2009 - After laying on the sandbed (~28") under 250W MH for 2 months.
    Luscious Lavenders 5 26 2009 - Best Placement for Zoanthids

    Nov 28, 2010 - After getting moved all over the place and finally being placed under 48 3W LEDs for a month or so...

    In my tank (under the 6 HOt5s), I've had great luck with these in the bottom 3" of the tank.
