Bristle Worm Control

I know the Bristle Worms are Ok, but I have tons of them. Each rock resembles medusa every feeding time and I am not a big fan. I had a Xmas Wrasse that kept them in check for the most part but he passed a few months ago. I am not against adding another, but I am trying to build up my pod population and Wrasses won't help me on that front.

Are there any techniques out there for sharing?

Banded Coral Shrimp (Stenopus zanzibaricus) are known to eat bristleworms. But they can also open a new set of problems. May/will kill other shrimp in the tank. They are quite opportunistic IMO. Any outbreak of detrivores leads me to examine my feeding regimen as well. IME Most creepy crawlers in my tank wax and wane depending on available food.

yellow coris, leopard wrasse also but gonna eat pods as well arrow crab is another option.

I have heard of people using the "bristle worm" trap with fairly allright results if you want green plastic tubes resting on your tank bottom.

I have had them really thick in the past and have never worried about them
