    Default 60 days post hatch!!!!!!!!

The babies are now actually 61 days old, born the night of November 11th 2010.
All 10 are still doing great.
I had to take the biggest one out and put him in a different tank, he was picking on all the little ones.
They are now on a diet of cyclopeeze, frozen brine, crushed flake, and crushed pellet.

They still have some growing to do before they are up for sale,
    I'm thinking around Valentines day.
It has been a wonderful experience raising these fish, from the excitement of finding the eggs on the rock to hatching day and the day they got their stripes.
    I've found my new hobby!

That would break my heart~at least until I used the money from the sale for something new to add to my tank

    Default babies still here

well i was misinformed by my co-workers. the customer that was going to take the clown babies only had a 120gallon tank. i had to tell the guy no. i could not sell all of them to him. with eight clowns they would quickly outgrow and become too aggressive towards each other and kill each other off till there would be a pair. so i still have my little babies.
i would deffinatley like to breed them again. my clarkiis and my ocellaris are now on the same schedule with laying their eggs. they laid more yeserday sometime.
i've been talking with my husband and am going to be doing clown breeding at home. i have a picasso percula pair at home now and they seem pretty promising. the female does get annoyed by the males shimmy gestures, but he's trying. lol.
i'm thinking of doing picassos, black snowflake ocellaris, and maybe some dottybacks. but its all still in the thought process now.
