I had origanally contacted Great Lakes Aquariums to build the tank. I was ready to pay that day and continued to call for several days just for a quote. They seemed to be busy and didn't really have time to go over it with me. All i got was "send us an email of what you want", so I did and almost a week later, they still hadn't replied. I got tired of waiting and talked to Andy at Reef Paradise and my tank was ordered in 5 mins and it came in about 2weeks later. The day I ordered my tank, Great Lakes finally got back with me for a quote. I guess it's great for them that they're so busy they don't need additional business, especially in today's economy....but it was frustrating for me.
